Hiring Portal Overview

What is the Hiring Portal?

The Hiring Portal helps you discover and connect with pre-vetted AI Implementation Specialists who can deliver AI projects for your business. Whether you need help with sales optimization, CRM integration, virtual assistants, or other AI solutions, the portal provides a curated directory of experienced partners ready to help.

You'll find specialists with detailed profiles including their expertise, years of experience, pricing information, and direct contact options—all in one searchable interface.

How to Access the Hiring Portal

To access the Hiring Portal:

  1. Log in to your AI Acquisition dashboard

  2. Scroll down the sidebar to find Resources

  3. Click the Hiring Portal card (marked with a UserPlus icon)

The first time you visit, you'll see a tutorial overlay to help you get started.

Can't find the Resources section? Make sure you've scrolled all the way down the sidebar—it's located below your main dashboard tools.

Finding the Right Specialist

Browse Specialist Cards

Each specialist appears as a card in the grid showing:

  • Name and company with years in business (e.g., "5 years")

  • Specialization badges highlighting their areas of expertise

  • Description of their services (click "Show more" to expand)

  • Quick contact links for Email, LinkedIn, Testimonials, and Watch Video

  • Action buttons to Visit Website or Book a Call

Search for Specific Skills

Use the search bar at the top to filter specialists by name, company, specialization, or keywords in their description. The results update in real-time as you type. Click the X button to clear your search.

If no specialists match your search, try broadening your keywords or scroll down to the "Apply Now" card to request a specific type of specialist.

Contacting and Hiring Specialists

Once you've found a specialist you're interested in:

  1. Review their details - Check their specializations, pricing ranges (setup fees and monthly retainers), case studies, and testimonials

  2. Reach out directly - Click Email to send a message, or visit their LinkedIn profile to learn more

  3. Book a discovery call - Use the "Book a Call" button to schedule a consultation through their booking system

  4. Discuss your project - During the call, outline your needs and timeline

  5. Finalize terms - Work out contract details via email after your initial conversation

All contact happens through external platforms (email, booking systems, websites). The Hiring Portal doesn't include in-app messaging, so you'll work directly with specialists outside the dashboard.

Applying as a Specialist

Are you an AI Implementation Specialist interested in being listed in the portal? Click the "Apply Now" card in the Hiring Portal grid. You'll be directed to an application form where you can submit your details.

The team reviews applications and typically responds within 24 hours.

Common Questions

Who can access the Hiring Portal?

Any logged-in member of your organization can access the Hiring Portal. There are no plan restrictions or special permissions required.

Are the specialists employees of AI Acquisition?

No, the specialists are independent partners who have been pre-vetted by the platform. You'll work with them directly as external contractors or consultants.

Can I hire multiple specialists?

Yes! You can contact and work with as many specialists as your projects require. Each specialist operates independently.
