Overview

You'll reset your password and regain access to your AI Acquisition platform account using a secure email link.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the email address associated with your account

  • Ability to receive and open emails (check your spam folder if needed)

Reset your password

  1. Navigate to the sign-in page.

  2. Below the Email field, click the Forgot password? link on the right side.

  3. On the Forgot password page, enter your registered email address in the Email field.

  4. Click Send instructions.

Expected result: You'll see a blue alert with the message "Link sent — We have sent you a link to continue. Please check your inbox. If you don't see an email, be sure to check your spam folder."

  1. Check your email inbox for a message with the subject "Reset password instructions."

  2. Open the email and click the Reset password button.

  3. On the reset password page, enter your new password in the New password field (minimum 8 characters).

  4. Click Reset password.

Expected result: You'll see a green success alert stating "Your password has been reset successfully."

  1. Click Go to login page and sign in with your new password.

All set! You can now access your account with your new password. For security, we recommend using a unique password that you don't use elsewhere.

Troubleshooting

I didn't receive the reset email

If you don't see the password reset email within a few minutes:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder — reset emails sometimes get filtered incorrectly.

  2. Wait up to a few hours — email delivery can occasionally be delayed.

  3. Verify your email address — make sure you entered the correct email associated with your account.

  4. Request a new link — return to the forgot password page and submit your email again.

Pro tip: Add [email protected] to your email contacts to prevent future messages from landing in spam.

Password reset links expire after 24 hours for security reasons. If your link has expired:

  1. Return to the forgot password page.

  2. Enter your email address again.

  3. Click Send instructions to receive a fresh reset link.

  4. Complete the reset process promptly after receiving the new email.

Important: Reset links are single-use only. Once you click the link or if it expires, you'll need to request a new one. Don't close the reset page until you've successfully set your new password.

I'm getting an error when trying to reset

Common errors and solutions:

The page keeps loading or won't submit

  1. Check your internet connection.

  2. Refresh the page and try again.

  3. Try using a different browser or clearing your browser cache.

  4. Disable browser extensions that might interfere with the page.

If you've tried the troubleshooting steps above and still can't reset your password, contact our support team with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your account

  • The specific error message you're seeing (if any)

  • When you last successfully accessed your account

  • Screenshots of any error messages (optional but helpful)

Our support team can manually send you a password reset link or help verify your account information. We typically respond within 24 hours.

Limitations

  • Password reset links expire after 24 hours and are single-use only

  • New passwords must be at least 8 characters long (maximum 72 characters)

  • Only email-based password resets are supported — no SMS or alternative methods available

  • You must have access to the email address registered to your account

  • If your account has been suspended or banned, password reset may fail — contact support for assistance
