The Sales Call Analyzer is an AI-powered tool that helps you record, transcribe, and analyze sales calls to improve your team's performance. Whether you're conducting live calls or reviewing past conversations, this tool provides actionable insights and coaching feedback to strengthen your sales approach.

What It Does

Sales Call Analyzer transforms your sales conversations into structured insights. It analyzes call recordings or transcripts using customizable frameworks like Discovery, Sales, Podcast, and Follow-up calls. The tool provides:

  • AI-powered analysis with sentiment tracking and key moment identification

  • Stage-specific scores based on your chosen framework

  • Actionable feedback highlighting strengths and areas for improvement

  • Performance trends showing whether your team is improving, stable, or declining over time

  • Export capabilities to generate Markdown reports or pre-filled Growth Plans

The tool works with both audio and video files (MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4, WebM) up to 500MB, and accepts transcripts with at least 600 words for best results.

How to Use It

Accessing the Tool

Find Sales Call Analyzer in your sidebar (look for the phone icon). Click it to open the Sales Calls dashboard, where you'll see all your analyzed calls displayed as progress cards and in a sortable table showing call type, status, date, duration, and progress.

Analyzing a Live Call (Coming Soon!)

To analyze a call happening in real-time:

  1. Click the New Call button (+ icon) in the Sales Calls dashboard

  2. Select Connect to live call

  3. Enter your Zoom meeting URL (zoom.us links only)

  4. Choose your Call Type from the dropdown (Discovery, Sales, Podcast, etc.)

  5. Click Connect

You'll see a success confirmation, then access the call details page showing the live transcript, real-time stage scores, and insights as they develop. Click End Call when finished to finalize the analysis.

Live call analysis currently supports Zoom meetings. Make sure your organization has the real-time analysis feature enabled.

Uploading a Past Recording or Transcript

To analyze a call that already happened:

  1. Click New Call and select Review existing recording

  2. Step 1: Enter prospect and company details

  3. Step 2: Upload your audio/video file or paste a transcript, add any additional notes

  4. Click Submit for analysis

The tool will process your submission and generate insights. You'll be able to view the full transcript, AI-generated feedback, stage scores, and export options from the call details page.

Managing Your Calls

From the main dashboard, you can:

  • View details of any call to see the full transcript and insights

  • Delete calls you no longer need

  • Filter, search, and sort your call history

  • Access Settings to edit analysis frameworks or change transcription language

Uploaded files must be under 500MB. For transcripts, aim for at least 600 words to ensure meaningful analysis.
