Your Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your business performance, helping you monitor lead generation, conversion rates, and sales metrics at a glance.

Accessing Your Dashboard

After logging in and selecting your organization, navigate to the Dashboard using the sidebar. The Dashboard displays a personalized greeting based on the time of day and shows your current business performance overview.

Key Metrics

The Dashboard displays four primary metrics at the top of the page, each showing the current value and a trend indicator comparing to the previous period:

Contacted Leads

Shows the total number of leads you've reached out to during the selected time period. The trend percentage indicates whether you're contacting more or fewer leads compared to the previous equivalent period.

Positive Replies

Tracks leads who responded positively to your email outreach. This helps you understand how well your email messaging resonates with your target audience.

Booked Calls

Displays the number of sales calls scheduled through your outreach efforts. This metric directly reflects how effective your lead qualification and engagement strategies are performing.

Cash Collected

Shows the total revenue collected during the selected period. This is your bottom-line metric that ties all your lead generation and sales activities to actual business results.

Each metric card includes an up or down arrow with a percentage showing how performance compares to the previous period. Green arrows pointing up indicate positive growth.

Performance Visualizations

Contacted Leads Chart

Below the key metrics, you'll find an area chart showing how your contacted leads trend over time. Hover over any point on the chart to see the exact number of leads contacted on that specific date.

Conversion Rates

The Conversion Rates section displays progress bars comparing your actual performance against target benchmarks. For example, you might see "Positive Reply Rate: 2.5%" with a visual indicator showing how this compares to your target of "2%."

When your conversion rates exceed targets, it indicates your campaigns are performing above expectations and your messaging is resonating with leads.

Pipeline Performance

This grid view breaks down your sales pipeline into stages, showing:

  • The number of leads at each stage

  • The percentage of total leads in each stage

  • Mini area charts showing trends for each pipeline stage

Stages include Sales Calls and Closed Deals, helping you identify where leads are progressing or getting stuck.

Sales Performance

This section focuses on sales-specific metrics including:

  • Sales Calls Taken: Total number of calls completed

  • Close Rate: Percentage of calls that resulted in closed deals

Filtering and Controls

Organization Selector

Use the organization dropdown in the top-left to switch between different organizations you have access to. Switching organizations refreshes all Dashboard data to show metrics for the selected organization.

Date Range Selector

The date range selector in the top-right corner lets you adjust the time period for all Dashboard metrics. Available options include:

  • Last 7 days

  • Last 14 days

  • Last 30 days

  • Last 90 days

  • This year

  • All time

Changing the date range updates all metrics, charts, and conversion rates to reflect the selected period.

All trend percentages compare your selected period to the equivalent previous period. For example, selecting "Last 7 days" compares to the 7 days before that.

Understanding Your Data

The Dashboard tracks your campaign performance, focusing on contacted leads and positive replies to help you measure outreach effectiveness.

Your Dashboard data comes from active integrations configured in Settings > Integrations. Make sure your email platform is properly connected to see accurate metrics.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Metrics Showing Zero or Blank

If your metrics suddenly appear blank or show zeros:

  1. Refresh your browser to reload the Dashboard

  2. Clear your browser cache and log out, then log back in

  3. Check your internet connection

  4. Verify that your campaigns are active and generating data

If you've just created a new organization, the Dashboard will show zeros or "No data available for this period" until you set up campaigns and integrations.

No Data for Recent Periods

If recent data isn't appearing on your Dashboard, there may be a sync delay between your integrations and Acquisity. Data typically syncs within a few hours, but delays can occasionally occur.

Error Messages

If you see "Failed to load dashboard data," click the Retry button. If the error persists, contact Support for assistance.
