Connecting Multiple Calendars to Your Workspace
Overview
When you need the AI SDR to book appointments across multiple team calendars—such as assigning meetings to different salespeople—you can connect multiple calendars to your workspace. This guide covers the recommended approach and an alternative workaround.
Each AI Acquisition account can connect one Google Calendar. To use multiple calendars in your workspace, add workspace members who each connect their own calendars.
Adding Multiple Calendars with Workspace Members (Recommended)
The best way to manage multiple calendars is to invite team members to your workspace. Each member connects their own Google Calendar, and you can assign them as salespeople for AI SDR appointment booking.
Step 1: Invite Team Members
Go to Settings > Members
Click Invite Members
Enter team members' email addresses
Send invitations
Each invited member will receive an email to join your workspace and create their own account.
For detailed instructions, see How to Invite Members to Your Workspace.
Step 2: Members Connect Their Calendars
After accepting the invitation, each team member should:
Log in to their AI Acquisition account
Go to Settings > Email & Calendar
Connect their Google Calendar
For setup details, see Setting Up AI SDR with Google Calendar.
Step 3: Assign Salespeople to Campaigns
Once members have connected their calendars, you can assign them as salespeople for specific campaigns:
Open the campaign you want to configure
Go to the Options tab
In the Assigned Salesperson dropdown, select the workspace member
Save your changes
The AI SDR will now use that salesperson's calendar to check availability and book appointments for the campaign.
If a team member doesn't appear in the Assigned Salesperson dropdown, make sure they've connected their Google Calendar first.
For more on salesperson assignment, see How to Assign a Salesperson to a Campaign.
Alternative Workaround: Sharing Google Calendars
If adding workspace members isn't an option, you can share multiple Google Calendars to a single account. This workaround lets one user access several calendars, but the workspace member approach above is preferred for team collaboration.
How to Use Shared Calendars
Share calendars in Google: In your Google Calendar settings, share any additional calendars with the Google account you've connected to AI Acquisition
Re-authenticate in AI Acquisition: Go to Settings > Email & Calendar, disconnect your calendar, then reconnect it
Toggle shared calendars: After reconnecting, you'll see options to toggle shared calendars on or off for conflict checking and event placement
Shared calendars won't appear in AI Acquisition until you disconnect and reconnect your Google Calendar. Simply sharing them in Google isn't enough—you must re-authenticate.
How AI SDR Uses Multiple Calendars
When multiple calendars are connected to your workspace:
The AI SDR checks the assigned salesperson's calendar for availability
It proposes meeting times based on their open slots
Appointments are booked directly to the salesperson's connected calendar
If no salesperson is assigned to a campaign, the AI SDR uses the workspace owner's default settings

Common Questions
Can I connect multiple Google accounts to one user account?
No, each AI Acquisition user account can connect one Google account at a time. To switch accounts, you'll need to disconnect the current one and connect a different account. To use multiple calendars, add workspace members or share calendars within Google as described above.
What if I need to use calendars from different email accounts?
Add each person as a workspace member so they can connect their own account. This is the most reliable method and prevents double-booking across teams.
Can I assign different salespeople to different campaigns?
Yes. Each campaign has its own Assigned Salesperson setting in the Options tab. You can assign different team members to different campaigns, and the AI SDR will use the appropriate calendar for each.
For the best experience managing multiple calendars, use workspace members. Each member gets their own calendar connection, and you maintain clear visibility into who owns each appointment.
